Many
fine restaurants are found in Osprey, Florida. You can dine on
the water enjoying a fresh grouper sandwich at Spanish Point
Pub or
Casey Key Fish House. You can find more elegant dining at Rosebud's
on Tamiami Trail
While there are no
fast food chains in Osprey, there are a couple of places
popular for breakfast and lunch in Osprey.
Scrambles at
Blackburn Point Plaza and
M & D Restaurant
a little further north up the Tamiami Trail adjacent to the
Osprey Market. Both serve a variety of breakfast items including
home-made pancakes and very good omelets.
For pizza and
Italian food, there's
Frankie's Pizza
in the Blackburn Point Plaza. On Blackburn Point Rd. is
Aqua. There is Beckham's
Osprey Grill offering a variety of fresh fish and other
casual fine dining in the Southbay Shopping Center.
Morgans
in the Bentley Resort Hotel (formerly Osprey Inn and Ramada Inn) offers upscale dining at reasonable prices as
well as a large Sunday Brunch..
There is also the
well-known Hoosier Bar on Tamiami Trail. Very popular with
Harley and other motorcycle riders. Hoosier features live music
on some nights, a light food menu, as well as pool tables and an outdoor deck.
Attire is very casual.
